This is a DREAM dress. It is a gorgeous dress! Strapless, modifed A-line gown, with curved neckline & full length duchesse ribbon bands.When I first tried on the Victoria Luxe dress, not only was it BREATHTAKING, I honestly couldn't breath, or speak... I instantly fell in love with the dress! I loved it so much, I didn't want to take it off. After all, I had tried on over 50 dresses, and none of them even come close to how UNIQUE, and beautiful this dress is. It is ROMANTIC, it is GLAMOROUS, ELEGANT, and it is SHOW STOPPING! This dress is utterly gorgeous, fit for a 1920s Oscar red carpet entrance, similar to a style that a modern GRACE KELLY would wear, and an absolute work of art!
The craftsmanship is exquisite. This dress is a piece of art. A COUTURE sculpture. The time and love that goes into making this dress is amazing. Only the most EXCLUSIVE Vera boutiques carry this dress because it is one of Vera Wang's most luxurious dress. Each ribbon is hand sewed onto a larger tulle skirt. The ribbon is ivory coloured Duchess Silk, a combination of two very slightly different ribbons, one has the most subtle pattern (which helps to reflect light), and the other is solid. The ribbon is slightly varying sizes, smaller at widths at the bust, and wider on the skirt, which help to add dimension to the flow of the skirt, and keep the top from looking heavy or too busy. The tulle is micro-fine and of the best quality. But it disappears under the LUMINOUS antique ivory ribbon.
You and the dress will have a lovely glow on the day! On my wedding day, I have never received so many compliments. I know all brides probably are told they are the most beautiful bride anyone has ever seen, but guests could not stop oooh-ing and aaahh-ing and told me it was the most exquisite dress ever. And I know the next owner will be just as ecstatic to wear it as I was. I think it is sad to keep it in a box, in a closet for the next 30 years when someone else can enjoy it as much as me! It is like floating on air!

Row of hand tied silk buttons added to the back. It has a back zipper, the buttons are just accessories, but look stunning.
Bra cup inserts added, can be removed if needed, but no bra needed with structure and support of dress.
Expert couture tailor did more alterations (after weight loss).
The dress can be easily taken up by literally cutting off the ribbon bands. Which would be great for using on your bouquet!
