This is a Spring 2008 Couture Collection dress, bought in February of 2009 as a sample. The original price was $4000, though I paid $3000. It has never been worn. I am a size 4 and am 5'7" tall. Very minimal alterations were done. As you can see, in these pictures I am holding the fabric to simulate a fitted dress.
