Christos strapless fit and flare bridal dress. Bought it as a sample dress. Dress has satin ribbon trim (1 1/2")- three ribbons running across the bottom of the dress, and ribbon that trims the neckline, crisscrosses, and wraps around. The body of the dress has five layers of fabric, there is a tulle skirt and the top layer is a gorgeous transparent overlay. It is a zip closure in the back, with twenty fake buttons along the seam. This is an absolutely beautiul dress, and if I was still getting married, it would be the dress of my dreams.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Cups have been sown to the inside of the dress, could be easily removed if desired. The dress has been altered to fit my height. I am 5'3" and I had it altered to it 3" heels, and it still brushed the floor. The dress does not have a train, so no bustle is needed.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- I did not want a train, and my mum wanted me to have one, so I got an 85" veil, which comes with the dress. It has the same ribbon trim as the dress, much thinner though (1/4"). It is a Priscilla veil, with a comb attached and eight square rhinestones at the top.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- It has been kept at the store for most of the time, since I've had it, it has been kept in a dress bag hanging in my closet. Has absolutely no stains, has never been worn outside of fittings.
