- No alterations have been made to this beautiful dress. BRAND NEW WITH TAGS ATTACHED. I changed the venue of my wedding and this dress was no longer appropriate. This dress is perfect for just about any bride because you can alter it to your size and height. Gown has literally never been taken out of the garment bag. All original tags are still attatched.
