- I bought this St. Pucchi, Avine Perucci style 475 dress a year and a half ago for my August wedding for $7,000. But now its time to let someone else enjoy it, and at a huge savings. This dress made me feel like a fashionable princess! Everyone told me it was the most unique and beautiful dress they had ever seen. It is made of pleated Thai Silk with a dropped waist. It has a sheer panel at the deep V neckline and beaded embroidered sheer panels at the sides of the waist. Its embroidered and jewel-encrusted wide straps crisscross in the back. The full organza skirt is hand embroidered in a geometric pattern with embroidered bows and streamers cascading down the length of the bustled skirt with a sweeping train. It has a very vintage feel to it, while also having some modern touches as well. Perfect for a super-stylish, doesn't-want-to-blend-in bride. I am 5'1" and I wore 5" platforms under my dress which put me at 5'6", but I did have it taken in a bit. However, nothing was cut off of the dress, it was all simply pinned up and could easily be let out for a taller bride. I also had a "tahitian blind"- style bustle added, for dancing and moving around. It was so easy to use, you justpull the strings and tie them in two bows at the back of the waist. I am a street size 4 and the dress is a 6, but fit perfectly. If you need to see any additional pictures, just let me know. The gown is at my parent's house in Middleboro, MA. So, if you live near there you can go by to try it on. Otherwise, I can send it to you, and we can discuss shipping and handling payment. You can have 5 days after the dress arrives to inspect it, and return it if it does not work for you. If this is the case, you will pay for the return shipping, but your money will be refunded as long as the dress is returned in the same condition it was sent out in.
