This is a gorgeous gown, with gathered side waist to emphasize a slim figure. The dress is a strapless, modified A-line skirt with a semi-cathedral train, and a corset back. Gown has a sweetheart neckline with a dropped waist and pearl and silver beading on lace appliques around torso and back. This beautiful dress is made of raw silk, with silk buttons down the back. It was purchased as a sample and never worn, since I decided to go with a different style dress.
