This dress was the first dress I saw in a bridal magazine and the first dress I tried on, instantly becoming my dream dress. Purchased from Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier in Manhattan for my March 2010 wedding, it is an original Jenny Lee dress. This dress compliments an hourglass figure just beautifully. It is very versatile in that a colored sash can be made for the waist and there is also a separate lace shoulder piece that can be purchased (please note that sash/shoulder piece are not included, just suggestions). The dress is 100% silk taffeta with a silk underlay. The taffeta has a beautiful ruching down to the hips that is very flattering. It is floor length with a small train, and a very simple bustle. The dress looks just as beautiful bustled. I had buttons added down the back of the dress over the zipper and the top altered into a subtle sweetheart neckline. Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier refers to this dress as the Jenny Lee Kirsten dress. The Jenny Lee style number is 8011. It is from the Spring 2010 collection. This dress was the icing on the cake for a perfect wedding day. I am selling because I hope to give another bride the opportunity to wear their dream dress at an affordable price. The dress was professionally cleaned right after my wedding.  There are still some very light marks on the underneath edge part of the train, hardly noticeable. The rest of the dress is in excellent condition, no rips, stains, marks etc. I am selling as is because if any further alternations are made the dress will need dry cleaning and pressing anyway.
