This is a gorgeous authentic Pronovias 2010 wedding dress which I purchased and wore for my August 28, 2010 wedding.
It is a size 14 with minimal alterations and a french style bustle, The style of the dress is A-line and is gathered on each of the sides at just below the hip level. It is a beautiful off white color and is constructed of dupion silk.
The sale price for this dress was $1215.00 (original receipt available) - I am currently asking $900 for this dress. I paid an additional $300 for the custom bustle to be sewn in. Ladies, This is a steal!!!
Please see the pictures which have been included to give you an idea of how gorgeous this dress is. The brooch which is on the strap of the dress in the pictures was my "something old" and is not included in the sale.
The back of this dress has tiny fabric-covered buttons going down the back. The top three buttons popped off during the reception and were never found. When the dress was out for cleaning I had the seamstress sew on three replacement buttons, The color of these buttons is the same (ivory) but the fabric is a little different, It is barely noticeable but I just wanted to mention it.

- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I am a size 10 on the bottom and a size 12 on top so the dress was let out about 1 inch on top to accommodate this. The dress was shortened a bit - I am approximately 5'6" but was about 5'8" or 5'9" in the 4 inch heels I wore. Also, a beautiful french style under-bustle was sewn in for the reception.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- The veil and feather fascinator shown in the pictures are not included in the asking price for the dress but offers to purchase these items will be considered. Both of these items were custom made by designers which I located on Etsy.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- No preservation since it was always my intention to sell, but nicely dry cleaned and stored in original boutique bag in a clean, smoke-free home.
