I received so many compliments on this dress which I wore for my November 2010 wedding. Recently, friends and relatives have told me that it reminds them of Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

This is the elegant "Ambrose" dress by Melissa Sweet with custom alterations and a custom bolero jacket. The dress is lace, which is veiled with net and organza. Extra lace was ordered to make the elegant bolero - which gives the dress the classic "Princess Grace" or "Princess Kate Middleton" look for your wedding ceremony - a look that will never go out of style. Take the bolero off for your reception, and show off your figure in a fun and modern dress that still has a classic feeling.

The dress has organza straps and an organza sash, which is sewn around the waist - to define your shape. The train is chapel-length, perfect for your ceremony. Then, just bustle the train for your reception, and dance the night away!

As you can see, the crystals and bow were removed. A little extra organza was ordered to make the bust-line more modest as well. As the link above demonstrates, the dress moves well, and is easy to dance in.

The gown, bolero and veil are in excellent condition, and I am looking to sell them together. There is a small tear on the bottom of the gown which should be easy to fix. In addition, one of the three bustle buttons is missing - which will also be a quick-fix. The dress, bolero and veil have been cleaned and preserved by Prestige Preservation in a see-through box. They are ready to ship to you, and will surely make you feel like a princess on your wedding day!
