This dress is a true size 0. It was never altered! The ball gown skirt can be removed to make a short dress.(The skirt is separate from the dress. There are 2 pieces to this dress...the bodice and the skirt) Basically, it is two dresses in one! The pictures speak for the beauty of the dress. The back of the skirt has broaches. (Belt in the black and white picture is not included.)
