Palazzo Contemporary or Modern - Very simple, elegant wedding dress. Size 6 originally but was altered slightly. V back but very tasteful. Silk bodice and straps and Silk/Organza overlay flowy skirt. Easy to move in. Very simple. Not stark white but not yellowy-ivory ... it's a beautiful sade of just off-white. short built in train that bustles subtly up. See photos. Pristine condition. No stains. See photos attached. Matching veil available ... The veil is perfectly simple as well and was custom made to (comb included/attached) wear in hair and veil drapes over back of dress to be just longer than trailing/train of dress. simple net with matching ivory off white silk trim that matches dress detail at waist. Veil was originally $500 but will sell for $250 OBO with dress.
DRESS AND VEIL WERE BOUGHT FROM KLEINFELDS IN BROOKLYN IN 2000/2001
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Bodice was brought in slightly button height adjusted for tiny "bustle" of sweep/train in back. This dress may have been cut down to something between a size 2 and 4 slightly but it's closer to a 4.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- The veil is perfectly simple as well and was custom made to (comb included/attached) wear in hair and veil drapes over back of dress to be just longer than trailing/train of dress. simple net with matching ivory off white silk trim that matches dress detail at waist. Veil was originally $500 but will sell for $250 OBO with dress.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- Custom cleaned and packed for storage. tissue and cotton sealed in box but recently removed for inspection. IN PERFECT CONDITION. NO rips tears or stains anywhere.
