Seller’s Description: Gently used vanilla (similar to ivory) silk satin duchess trumpet wedding dress. It has beautiful white alencon lace and a removable silk satin bow belt. I decided not to wear the belt at the last minute -it is in perfect condition. During alterations my seamstress added a French bustle and sewed a strapless bra into the dress. I normally wear a size four in dresses, but the seamstress had to take it in a bit at my second fitting. I would say it is a very small street size four. I am 5'6, 126 lbs, and wore 2.5 inch heels. I loved wearing this dress and did not want to take it off at the end of the night. The dress was out of my original price range, but I made a deal with my husband that I would sell it after the wedding. I felt beautiful in this dress, and I would love for someone else to feel the same way on their wedding day. It is a timeless dress. I received countless compliments both at the dress shop and on the wedding day. I had the dress professionally cleaned.
