The dress was purchased from Kleinfeld Salon of Manhattan as a sample. Renato Savi for RS Couture is featured in Season 4 of "Say Yes to the Dress". The bodice features a deep sweetheart neckline created by softly ruched silk chiffon. Delicate boning provides built-in support. The gown fits slightly under the bust. The bodice has a vintage feel created by the delicate use of embroidery accented by bugle beads and tiny pearls. The bodice meets the skirt at the natural waist. This silhouette will focus attention to your small waist as the silk skirt flows softly across the hip, easily hiding any hip issues. The understated skirt is created with 4 layers of softly flowing chiffon over 2 layers of organza (providing body to the flow of the skirt). This designer’s couture construction calls for multiple layers of silk fabric on top of built-in crinoline. This high end designer also added a layer of soft lining under the crinoline to provide a velvety texture next to the bride’s body. The ruched silk chiffon is continued around to the back of the gown curving into a soft V. The back is enhanced with functioning covered buttons and button loops over a hidden zipper. The layers of silk chiffon flow into the perfect chapel train. The designer also provided a beautiful silk flower that may be pined to the waist if the bride wants to enhance the romantic feel. This wonderful gown is a 44 in Italian couture sizing, which equals a US bridal 8. Height does not matter because this gown will be easy to hem and no alterations have been made.
