Ivory lace over champagne satin, tight bodice and flowy train. Halter straps is how I wore the dress, however, they are optional and can be removed for the original style of strapless, if you so choose. The dress touched the tips of my toes in the front with a beautiful modest train in the back. It is a corset back and so it will accommodate a smaller and larger waist size (My waist is 28") I want to note that the photo of the back may seem awkward, however, I have scoliosis and my ribcage is shifted to the right (TMI?) so it looks buckled in the picture (in my opinion) however, it wouldn't fit a perfect back in this way :D The ivory lace is embellished with sequins.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Its hard to describe sizing as so much money was spent on altering the dress because the lovely women as the dress shop did NOT inform me about petite sizing. I am 5'4 and with a 2.5" heel the dress grazes the tops of my toes. The halter straps I had added on, and are removable via snaps, the dress is originally strapless. The halter straps are made from excess material from the corset strings.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- 2 tiered veil with rhinestones all over with attached comb. Please email me for photos of veil and shoes.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- Full steam cleaned and hem repair. Boxed and sealed...however, I opened the box to get photos of the repaired lace. (Photo attached) Please email me for more preservation pics...i.e. dress in box ;D
