I wear about a 32 D Bra. Designer was in store day of purchase and took custom measurements. I wear usually a size 0-1 pant, size x-small-small shirt/dress. I am not sure of the size the dress would be as far as label size, because it was custom measurement, I am assuming about a 4 or 6.
