I bought this amazing and rarely seen Angel Sanchez "Nubia" mermaid style dress at a Mark Ingram Atelier sample sale in NYC (original price tag was $4795). It's classic Angel Sanchez with beautiful lines in a warm ivory color. This is a very flattering dress - fitted through and down over waist, flaring out with a unique pleated skirt. It has never been worn as I ended up wearing a different dress that better fit my venue. It also looks great with a sash.
The pictures were taken at the sample sale, i'm a size 0 and its an 8 so there were a lot of clips involved!
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- This dress is unworn & unaltered, but it was just cleaned by the best -- J Scheer & Co in NYC ($400 cost). In great condition -- though its never been worn, given i bought it at a sample sale i still had it cleaned. Post-cleaning there are no observable stains on the outside of the dress, but the zipper does need to be replaced. I met with a seamstress at the sample sale to discuss alterations and she said it would be no problem to alter it to as small as a 0.
