This beautiful dress is a strapless scoop-neck, mermaid gown with ruffle-tiered lace hem, floating fused lace appliques and an organza back tie. It is so delicate and unique! I purchased this beautiful gown at an upscale boutique and have worn it for a total of 4 hours.

- This dress can be easily altered a few sizes smaller and also can be let out to accommodate a taller height.
