I was the first person to wear this stunning and modern dress that is absolutely beautiful and part of Amsale's new 2010 collection. The fabric is Faille de Soie. It is trumpet gown with layered strapless bodice and hand-sculpted floral embellishment. It is form fitting and luxurious fabric and is still is great condition after my wonderful wedding last week. I am usually a dress size 4, but this size 8 fit me perfectly around the waist. It is still in great condition, no stains, just some discoloration on the underside.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- All the alternations were done by a professional and extremely wonderful seamstress and can be adjusted again. I had the bust taken in but it can easily be let out again. There was also a bustle put in that you can keep or remove. It was shortened and fits a person up to 5'6" with moderate heals and a beautiful lace trim was added to the bottom and barely visibly at the top to add a chic look. - VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- I wore a family veil that is not being sold.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- It is still in new condition, but has not been cleaned and I do not plan on doing so before selling. There are very few grey marks on the bottom underneath the dress that will most likely be able to come off with a professional cleaning.
