Very beautiful, clean wedding gown in a traditional style waiting for a beautiful bride!
The dress has very extensive beadwork on both the front bodice area, the arm sleeves (shoulder to wrist level), the back and the lower front portion of the skirt. The back is lower cut than the front and fastens with both covered white buttons and a zipper. There is a large white bow on the back of the dress at the waist. The sleeves are enlarged for a few inches close to the body before narrowing to a close fitting form ; a row of nine buttons is present at the wrist level. (see photos). The wedding gown is 100% polyester and carries the Alfred Angelo, Inc. label.
This was not my own wedding dress, and I may have been conservative in measuring the street size: it might actually be a street size 3.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- I am not aware of any specific alterations to the dress. About 10 beads from the original beadwork that cross the back of the neck were repaired after purchase because they had come loose.
