This is a flattering dress - even for someone with a larger waist. The structured top piece has criss-crossing ruched layers and an asymmetric, dropped waist, which is fitted through the hips. The top also has a built-in bustier - which was fantastic and gave great shape. The flowers on the bust in the promotional photo were removed without any damage to the dress. The flowers at the hip are still there. The bottom is full without being overwhelming and is made of seven thin layers and has a petticoat. It is made of tulle and organza. There is a line of buttons down the back that conceals a zipper - so it was super easy to get on/off.
In the first 3 photos, it is on a mannequin in my living room, and there is a pink sheet it is is standing on - the pink sheet is *not* part of the gown. :)
I bought this new and online - that's why the price is lower than the other Demetrios 3133 dresses.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- A four-point bustle was added. Usually only two-point bustles are added, but this one, with its many bottom layers, needed extra work, and it looks great.

- Kept in sealed bridal garment bag on hanger. Only worn once. No stains but probably needs to be dry-cleaned.
