I have a gorgeous Angel Sanchez wedding dress for sale that no longer fits with my casual Maine wedding.

Fabric: Double layered silk with satin panels

Shape: Sheath, open-back

Neckline: Scoop-neck, spaghetti-straps

Alterations: It has been hemmed for a 5 foot 6 inch woman in 2.5 inch heels. I have also had a French bustle sewn in, and I have replaced with straps with newer cleaner silk.

Price: This dress retails for $4,000 dollars, but I purchased it for $1300 at a Bergdorf's sample sale.

While I love this dress madly, I have decided to go with something else for my casual Maine wedding this summer. I would love to have this dress in good hands. It would also be good for a very formal event. If you are looking for a clean, simple yet glamourous dress, this is for you--it is very Caroline Kennedy.

Simple dresses are hard to come by at a reasonable price because the material and construction are critical to it fitting well. This designer dress is a bargain at half the retail price. I have not had it professionally cleaned, but it is in near-perfect shape. There are two small snags in the material, but I have had three friends review it and they cannot see them.
