This beautiful dress was worn for my September 2009 wedding. It is alencon lace over a silk shantung lining with a semi-sweetheart neckline. The silhouette is a very comfortable fit-and-flare. The train is chapel-length with a scalloped hem. The dress is really easy to walk and dance in, especially once it's bustled. It is missing three buttons down the back zipper, but those can be easily replaced. The dress also comes with removable ivory spaghetti straps. *The Lazaro ivory silk satin sash is not included, but please let me know if you are interested, and we can discuss from there!
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- The dress's label says size 14, but it was altered down a bit during fittings. I was about a street size 6-8 when I wore it. The dress's original length has not been altered. It has a French bustle which is still in great condition (and very easy to figure out). The seamstress added an adjustable elastic band inside the bodice to keep it secure since it has a low back - it stayed up perfectly.
