New, never worn except for trying on. Paid $1150, asking $600 for this gorgeous dress, including veil and slip. You will get a brand new dress and save $550. Pics don't do it justice..it will take your breath away when you try it on! Tried every veil available til I found the perfect one for this dress and the slip to give it the ball gown look. The strapless bodice is beautifully beaded with dropped waist and is very flattering. The skirt is tulle and organza with shimmering vertical ruffles. It is the Monique Luo #CH515 from David's Bridal.You have to try it on and see for yourself how beautiful it really is! Email me and I will send a gallery of pics made when I tried it on at David's Bridal It is still in bag with tags on, never been worn, as our wedding plans changed. The tag says Size 6, but it will fit Size 4-8 and is easily altered for smaller size.This dress is very similar to a famous designer dress costing $9000 that you see briefly in the movie "Sex and the City"..Contact me for a bonus that will bring the actual price of the dress down if you can pickup locally rather than ship. - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- No alterations done. It says size 6, but because of the fabric of the bodice it will fit size 4-8. It is a bit loose on me and David's was to alter it to a slightly smaller bodice but no alterations were done. If you are an 8 it should be perfect. It also alters easily to smaller sizes.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- Veil is fingertip length with scalloped edge of tiny pearls and Swarovski crystallized sequins that are similar to the beading on the bodice. I tried quite a few veils til I found this perfect one for the dress. I paid $200 but it's included with dress.I included a pic of the veil from David Bridal's ad. The other pics included here are me trying on the dress at David's Bridal. The crinoline slip was $60 and is also included free with the dress.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- New,in original bag with tags on. Has been in air-conditioned home since picking up from David's Bridal. Has been tried on twice, once at David's and once for fitting, but alterations were not done.
