This classic, but unique gown was purchased in November of 2006 from the well-known bridal boutique Henri's Cloud Nine in Minerva, Ohio (http://www.henris.com). It is made by Exclusive Bridals by A.C.E. (an unadvertised division of Allure Bridals) and is a size 8 (I wear a street size 6). Allure gowns are known for being high quality and this dress is no exception. It is ivory taffeta with crystal beading over the entire bodice and several beaded 'clusters' on the dress (one in the back and one on the left side). The dress is strapless and has a sweetheart neckline with an asymmetrical drop waist. It has a long train and a 3 point bustle turned 4 point bustle. (If I remember correctly the seamstress had to put in a 4th point because of the extra material at the the asymmetrical drop waist. It's very easy to bustle though!) The only alterations done were the bustle and I had to have it hemmed a little. I'm 5'10', so it should be plenty long enough for just about anyone.

This gown was worn once in May, 2007. It was professionally cleaned and pressed by the Wedding Gown Specialists at Heider Cleaners (member of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists) immediately following the wedding and has been stored in the original Henri's garment bag since May 2007. This dress is in perfect condition.
