It is chiffon with a pleated bust, empire waist, tie back, and sweep train (a description with photos can also be seen on the David's Bridal website). It has never been altered and has been professionally cleaned after my 11/8/07 wedding in Las Vegas. I am 5'7' and the hemline was near-perfect with my 2' heels.
