Beautiful Maggie Sottero Aurelie wedding gown size 12, used once. This one piece dress features lovely beading work all over the bodice and a ball gown skirt with beautiful ruffles and drapes to enhance your look. The back is the Maggie Sottero corset, which means it will fit a larger range of sizes than the numbers I have input here. Dress has been altered by a professional seamstress who used to design and make custom wedding gowns herself.
This dress comes with its certificate of authenticity as a Maggie Sottero Dress.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Modesty panel has been switched out for a larger one, since Maggie Sottero shipped it with a modesty panel that was 1/2 the size of the one I tried on in the store. This dress can accomodate both slightly larger and smaller sizes because of the corset back. Dress has been hemmed for my height with shoes (about 5'7"). You could probably wear it even if you are a bit taller. Dress has been brought in a little under the arms on both sides to remove a bulge that was appearing in the chest area. Dress has been bustled. See photos for reference of full train and the bustle. Bustle/Alterations cost me an extra $375 on top of the dress. Since it already has the bustle, you probably only need minor personal alterations to make it ready to wear.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- I'll include my veil with purchase at no added charge. It's an Alfredo Angelo veil but I no longer have the tag for it showing its designer. I paid $125 for this.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- The dress has been stored in a garment bag so it may need a steam cleaning to be fresh again. If you'd like me to have it cleaned before it is sent out, I can give you a quote for that.
