I had it altered a lot to take it in and it's now preserved in an acid proof, sealed box so I can't really give you the best sizing.. all I can tell you is acurately what my size was at the time of the wedding. You don't want to be BIGGER than me, you can always be smaller/shorter and get it taken in.
It's altered to a 5'6 person with 1.5 inch heels.
Bust- 34A with cutlets (so it would fir a 34 B with no padding, too)
