This dress was worn for my wedding on May 30th, 2010. It was used only once for a church wedding ceremony, which lasted 30-40 min.
Little bit about the dress:
- straps are thin and beaded, creates a feminine and modern line through shoulders and your back. - back of the dress is cut low, shows off about 3/4 of your back. - waist is wide-creased in V pattern, which nicely creates an illusion of a tiny waist - the dress has A-line shape - material is matte and ivory, feels cool against the skin - material is also crease resistant. It was in luggage for 10 hours, and I didn't have to iron it! - inside of the dress has a waist band and a structured skirt, which gives a dress support, structure and soft movement. - MY FAVORITE feature: it has pockets! I love modern convenience.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- Alterations: - the bust was altered for more revealing neck line and instead of straight v-neck it became a slight sweet heart. - push up cups were sown side - train was removed, and length evened out to floor length all through out.
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- The dress comes with: - an original broach that goes at the center of the waste line rushing (unused) - deep purple sash that I used to accentuate the waist. (it was bought separately, but it is yours free) - MY FAVORITE - a cage style headpiece (ivory). it is made of feather, flower and rhinestones, so it looks lite, feminine, and very pretty!
