Gorgeous gown in ivory with gold embroidery and applique with swarovski crystal and beading. There is intricate beading and embroidery on the bodice and applique on the sides and back of the skirt. This is a Ball Gown with multiple layers of tulle under the skirt. This gown is strapless, dropped waist with a long train. The beautiful beading, embroidery and appliques are still perfectly intact. The gown was on the front cover of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine and in the Oscar-nominated movie Sideways. I ordered this gown brand new from a reputable bridal gown store in MA in 2007. I only wore it once on my wedding day in 2007 and it is still in a new condition. No rips, tears or stains. This dress is waiting for you to wear on your special day! - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- The dress has been taken in at the bodice and can still be taken out because there is still extra fabric sewn into the inside lining of the dress. This is a strapless dress but I had straps added to the dress with the same detailing as the bodice (straps can be removed).
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- Two veils and crystal tiera included in price. Long length veil in ivory with gold metallic trim. A finger tip veil is also included in price also in ivory with gold metallic trim.
- PRESERVATION METHOD
- The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and it is laying in a museum box for preservation from a company specializing in wedding gowns. I can send more pictures per request.
