This dress is an authentic Augusta Jones France dress purchased in January 2009 from Alta Moda Bridal (www.altamodabridal.com) in Salt Lake City, UT, US for $2,000. When the dress arrived it was shipped to me in London (where I was living at the time) by my mother where I had a double bustle added and had it hemmed for £200 at Bridal Alterations (www.bridalalterations.co.uk) so I could wear it with flats. I am 5'6; therefore, it should fit anyone 5'6 or under depending on the size of your heel (5'6 with flats, 5'5 with 1 in. heels, etc.). I wear a US street size 8 (UK 10/12), and I was inbetween a 12 and 14 in this dress. However, the dress has an inner corset that allowed me to wear a 14 and tighten it. I even lost more weight before the wedding, and with the corset, I did not need to make any alterations besides the addition of the bustle and the shortening of the hem. The dress is ivory in color and has beautiful sun ray like beading on the front and down the back cathedral length train, which can be double bustled up so it does not drag on the floor for the reception. This dress is in excellent condition and was dry cleaned immediately after the wedding. It has sat in my closet in CA in a smoke free and pet free home since July 2009.
