Stunning and timeless dutchess satin wedding gown. Buying this dress at this price is an affordable way to get the Jenny Lee quality, detail and fit. It made me feel like a princess on my wedding day!
The dress is a luxurious satin with a silhouette that is flattering for most body types. It can be difficult to find a dress that is flattering if you are under 5'5". Jenny Lee personally helped me choose this dress and fitted it for me at the Unique Bride in Burlingame, CA. She also helped me decide on the unique customizations (see alterations).
Immediately after my wedding (Oct. 2007), the dress was professionally dry-cleaned and stored safely. I've been holding onto the dress and am sad to see it go but am excited for another bride to feel like a princess too! Only worn once and in excellent condition because I'm a very anal person :) I was conscious of keeping it very clean even on my wedding day.
- DRESS ALTERATIONS
- What's included: • Seam at waist line is covered by another layer of ruching for a seamless look. ($100 value) • Extended buttons down the back to the end of the zipper for more detail. ($100 value) • Added beautiful French bustle and bust area was tightened to 31", but can be let out ($340 value).
- VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION
- 30”x 120” two-tiered (with blusher) cathedral length ivory veil with a 3/8" ribbon edge, 72” wide and on a satin covered comb. Soft and delicate. It's the ideal compliment to the dress, especially the train, and matches perfectly!
