About the DRESS: This dress has a long “triple” train in the back, with a full under train, and a left and right “wing” train. The left and right-wing trains come together with an over-under buttoning technique that creates a ruched effect at the back. The Bad News: During my wedding, a guest stepped on the right-wing train and tore it off its bustle, resulting in two tiny 1/4" tears on the train. The Good News: The tears are NOT visible from the outside, they are under the flap of the train. The trains are very long and very heavy, there is a lot of extra fabric that could be altered to fix the tear. It would actually help lighten the load off the train. About the FIT: I have almost a stick straight body, flat with hardly any curves. This dress somehow gave me curves that still looked natural on me. The curve in the v-neck helps with the illusion, but the over-under buttoning of the top trains at the back definitely gives a little extra poof around the hips and butt. This dress elongates your body and gives you a very graceful look. It is not sexy, nor glamorous, but it is very refined with a few elegantly crafted elements placed just in the right spots to lead and catch the eye. If you have curves, this dress will look even better on you.
