Dress Details
The dress was purchased at the Wedding Atelier on 5th Ave in NY for $3700USD. I wore it to my July wedding this past summer. I had the flower that was originally on the dress removed for my wedding, but I still have it and will include it with the dress. I love this dress and hate to part with it, but I do not have room for it in my closet! It is a strapless, mermaid style dress, made with Silk Taffeta. It's very light compared to other wedding dresses, so I was able to enjoy myself all night without having to change into a lighter dress. I received so many compliments on this dress, as the fit and style are gorgeous! I have included a photo taken before the wedding showcasing the bustle style for this dress, 3 photos from my wedding, and a photo that shows a tear in the dress.
The dress is in very good condition and has been professionally cleaned. However, 3 significant tears were found the morning after the wedding - these tears are located on the train where the dress was hooked up for the bustle. I have included a photo of the largest tear. I have talked to a seamstress, and this can be fixed if a new seam is put into the dress (removed the area of fabric wear the tear is located). This would reduced the width of the train, but not the overall appearance of the dress. I have not fixed this, as I wanted to leave it up to the buyer as to how they would fix the dress. I noticed that when I received the dress back from the cleaner, there appeared to be a bit of a mottled appearance to the dress - it still has it's original luster, but you can see in the photo with the tear the "mottled" look. I honestly can't remember if this was how the dress looked originally or if it was from the cleaning process!! This does not take away from the beauty of this dress. As far as I can tell, there are no stains remaining on the dress - however, the bottom hem does have a bit of staining from walking around, but this is not noticeable.
I have drastically reduced the priced of this dress due to the tears - I feel this is a fair price, as the dress can be repaired as per these recommendations. However, if you have a reasonable offer, I may consider it, so please contact me!

Dress Alterations
The label on the dress is SIZE 6, but the dress was taken in to fit my "street size" 2. The bust is 34", the waist is 26", and the hips are approximately 37". I am fairly short, and the height of the dress WITH shoes is approximately 5'5"
