- The neckline has been raised 1.5 inches Hemline has been lengthened at the front 3 inches Bust and waist was taken in. Bra Cups have been attached inside. Has been drycleaned, however a number of greyish dirt spots remain on the bottom as well as two "watermarks" on either side towards the back of the dress. Perfect for a shorter person who wanted to hem it up to hide the soiled areas.
