I was so happy in this wedding gown. I always thought I would want a plain gown but when I tried this on at the suggestion of the Kleinfeld salesperson, I fell in love with the effect of the delicate beading. I also loved the way the ivory color warmed up my skin tone. It was so light to wear given silk fabric without many layers -- I was comfortable all night.

The dress has an ivory silk organza overlay over ivory silk satin, with beading and a ribbon detail under the bust. There are covered buttons and a little flat bow at the back hiding a zipper closure.

It is strapless and falls with a slight a-line (in the model photo it looks mermaid but that is from how she is standing, not the dress). The train is chapel length.

The dress is 58' hollow to hem -- sized for my 5'2' frame wearing 3' heels.

I had the dress bodice taken in to fit my measurements, and I had a simple 3-point bustle that ties with tiny short ribbons added in back.

I have not had the dress cleaned. It is in very good condition with only some slight dust smudging on the hem of the underlayer at the back (shown in the photo). I have not found any other stains or flaws on the dress.
