This Reem Acra 9619 'Reflection' couture bridal gown is truly an incredible gown to wear on your wedding day! The gown was a store sample which was tried on only a few times & has been professionally cleaned by Imperial Gown, one of the best gown cleaners in the industry. The silk satin fabric is so luxurious to the touch & the beadwork detail on the bodice & train is amazing! (The beadwork & embroidery on this gown is actually more silver & diamond white. The photos tend to make the beadwork & embroidery look more gold & this is not correct.)

None of our gowns have been worn to an actual wedding/event. Sample bridal gowns may have a few marks, pulls, flaws or dust/dirt on the hem, loose/missing beads, etc. that we feel are minor unless otherwise stated. As with any dress/gown, alterations are usually needed for the best fit. Please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually smaller) than daywear.

We would be glad to extend a wonderful Return Policy to you upon receiving the gown at your location. When you receive the gown, you will need to email us within the first 24 hours to state if you will be keeping the gown or returning it. The gown would then need to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS insured and be received by us within 5 to 7 business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we have received the gown back we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the gown was sent to you, we would refund the price of the gown only. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded only the cost of the gown. If we would not hear from you within the first 24 hours of receiving the gown, we would consider the gown satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.
