Dress Details

Beautiful ball gown style with corset made into bodice, ivory with silver beading, double box pleats front and back, and a semi-cathedral train. Lavishly decorated with crystals and bugle beads on bodice, middle front, hemline and train. Back bodice dips slightly. Covered buttons added along zipper in back. This dress had/has no stains and was sent for preservation immediately after wedding. Was never taken out of preservation box, box was only opened once for initial inspection. Dress will come to you shipped in preservation box including plastic gloves for handling. Dress is a size 4 and is true to size. Was ordered for height 5'4-5'' and worn with 2 in. heels. with large crinoline underneath. Manufacturers picture shows dress without extra crinoline. This dress is beautiful and in perfect condition.

Dress Alterations

Dress was never hemed so can be made shorter if needed. Added 1 row of covered buttons to back bodice along zipper (6-8). Is also bustled in back using three hidden hooks so that start of beading in middle/back of train comes up to meet bottom of bodice and train beading is shown off. Bra cups added to bodice but can be easily removed if desired (just a few stitches).
