Dress Details

You are looking at a once worn beautiful Carmela Sutera Couture bridal gown in a vintage era glamour style. it has been dry cleaned and is in pristine condition ready to be worn again. It is amazing white alcenon french re-embroidered lace over a swiss dot netting in pure white that is over an ivory layer of organza silk for contrast and 2 additional lining layers under that in a white chiffon silk for comfort. White satin covered buttons from lower back up to the top, and hidden zipper under the button and loops, also with a 3 point invisible button bustle all ready in the back for the small train during the reception. Comes with the matching bolero jacket also in the same lace with an ivory pleated silk organza trim along jacket (this trim can very easily be removed by a seamstress if you wish). The bolero sleeves have short cap sleeves with a slight princess puff that was added so it doesn't lay so flat. The shape is a "fit and flare" which is described as very much like a mermaid, and can be technically referred to as a mermaid style. The flare in this dress comes from the low hips after the fitted natural waistline- this enables you to walk and sit much more easily. You have much more freedom of movement in fit-and-flare, and yet you have a figure-hugging attributes to a mermaid or trumpet gown. This style and shape is very flattering on many ladies with curves and petite body frames.

Dress Alterations

The bust is currently accommodating for a 36-38 b/c cup & boning was added for support and to streamline the body of the person wearing it and to help create a small waist.. Boning and bust can be let back in/removed for smaller chests, however it has been let out 1" on both sides and cannot be made any larger then it is now in the bust! Dress was taken up 2" in length from the bottom and original lace trim was re-attached. Bustle was also added in the back with 3 pickup buttons. Waist was not touched besides for boning added from bust area. Lace bolero jacket sleeves where made into short cap sleeves instead of long sleeves.

I will accept returns within 2 days after receiving the dress if it does not like it or is too small- buyer would be responsible for all shipping to and from costs and insurance both ways. If item is returned in same condition it was sent you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs and fee charges.
