Dress Description:

The dress has a built in hidden corset that makes you look smaller than you are and means the dress won't shift on you all night. There are real buttons down the back and the beading work on the front and back of the bodice is exquisite. It has a cathedral length train that provides the perfect dramatic entrance. I had an elegant French bustle put in which is attached with hidden strings on two of the under layers - no hooks to get stepped on and pulled out! This dress feels and looks very high quality - seen in the details and layers of the dress. The dress is a size 4 and fit me perfectly. I am 5'7" about 125 pounds. I was really afraid it was going to be too small because of the small waist size -label says 25" and I wear 27" jeans. Hip measurement doesn't really matter since it's an a line skirt and the bust was a little big (I wear a 34 B) but I just had them put in foam cups (which were removed at cleaner) and it fit like a glove! This dress was worn once then professionally cleaned and stored. However, please note I wore this for an outdoor wedding and reception and there is some very slight staining around the hem. I recommend this dress for someone whose height, with shoes, will be less than 5"7' so there is room to hem the scuffs off. The skirt was hemmed about 2 inches. I'm 5'7" and wore flat shoes and it was the perfect length. I also had a french bustle put in. Alternations valued at $250.00.
