This dress has a very flowy Greek Goddess vibe. It's a size 8 and it is made of diamond white chaffon and is for a bride who is looking for a gown without the traditional stiffness of usual wedding gowns. It comes with a rose quartz belt which I did not wear on my wedding day but have and is included with the purchase of the dress as well. I got married in June, 2009 - the wedding and reception lasted 4 hours so it's in perfect condition!!! It's been cleaned professionally and is being stored hung floor to ceiling in a shaped bust in a plastic bag. - DRESS ALTERATIONS
- The only alterations made to the gown were cups sowed into the bust so you don't have to wear a bra (I am a B34) which can easily be removed and the bustle of the dress. There was no length taken off and no other alterations. This dress is in it's original form except I already paid for the bustling of the dress which cost me over $400. The dress bustles underneath the dress so that it goes from having a train to looking like it is just a floor length gown. There are NO visible buttons of any kind on the outside for bustling, I was extremely strict about this during alterations.
