Brand new with tags, never worn! No alterations done except adding small hook for bustle (by professional tailor). I fell in love with another dress even more so I did not wear this dress for my wedding. It comes with the matching stole. Measurement are approximate. This dress should fit size 0-2 since the corset back is adjustable, but I am a street size 0 and fit this perfectly. I am 5'2" and ordered this in custom length so I could wear 4-4.5" inch heels.
