This is a beautiful, very sophisticated looking mermaid style dress made by Liancarlo. I purchased this dress to wear as a reception dress but the alterations on my primary dress were so expensive that I decided not to wear this one at all. It was purchased as a sample in January 2008 from Brickhouse Bridal in Houston, Texas. This dress retailed for over $3000. The dress is ivory silky material and fully lined. There are no stains or marks visible on the dress and although it must have been tried on many times as a sample, there are no rips or tears in the fabric that I have seen. It is in very good condition. The dress is of a very high quality construction similar to couture dresses and is much better constructed than a dress that you could buy from a mass bridal retailer for a similar price. It has a sweetheart neckline and pleating on the bodice. The back has a zipper and lacing at the top so the bust is a more flexible size. The dress has a very dramatic train as you can see in the picture. It has not been altered in any way from its original purchased condition and there is no bustle put into the train. The hollow to hem length is 59.5". I am about 5'4" and was wearing 3" heels in the picture but it is a little too long. It has never been hemmed. I do not know the style number for this dress as it is no longer on the Liancarlo website and the tags were removed, but it is very similar to the Style 3803 in shape and pleating on the bodice. It does not have any applique on the bodice, however. I have only posted the picture of style 3803 so you can see what I think it would look like on a model instead of my less than model perfect physique. The dress I am selling is not Liancarlo style 3803.
