If you are looking for a specific wedding dress, you can now sign up to be emailed instantly when that dress is added to the site!

You can register by designer, style and size.  By designer and size. Or even just by designer.  Set your parameters as narrow or wide as you’d like.

Say, for example, if you are looking for a Monique Lhuillier Scarlet, Size 6, you can sign up to be  notified when that dress is posted for sale.

Or if you can register to be notified when any Monique Lhuillier Scarlet, in any size,  is added to the site. Or even just to be notified when any Monique Lhuillier is added to the site.  The choice is yours.

And as always, you can still check our New This Week page to see all of the new listings and price reductions for the week.

I think the new site feature I like the most is the “Dresses We Love” page.  Here, you can see our favorite gowns from the site broken down into six categories: Timeless, Modern, Glamorous, Sexy, Romantic and Modest.

So, if you are just starting to look for your wedding dress, you can start by finding the wedding dress style that is right for you.

If you were headed out to a big party, how would you like to dress?  What celebrity looks have made an impression on you? If you had to pick one word to describe your tastes, what would it be?  These are all ways to start narrowing in on the style that might be right for your Big Day.

Here are six dresses, from the six different categories. If you see one that feels more like you, browse the category for more ideas.

Our new site looks different – but you can still search our site the same way you searched our old one.  But now you can search for a wedding dress or accessories in some new ways too!

One of the goals our our site redesign was to improve our search function. To make it simpler and fast to find what you are looking for.  And to also make it easier to browse dresses, if you don’t really know what you are looking for yet.

Here’s how our new “Dresses” section works.

If you know what you are looking for, like a “Melissa Sweet Lia” you can type that into the search box on any page to go right to those dresses.

Or if you have a number of criteria in mind, you can use our advanced search to search for as many or few terms as you would like.  For example Vera Wang (under designer) A-line, ballgown and sheath (under silhouette), strapless (under neckline), new, sample and used (for condition) and the list goes on for all of your different criteria.
